They will dive into the campaigns that worked (and didn’t), how they have increased website traffic, and how they use social media to achieve their objectives.

North_Lake_Tahoe Andy Chapman, Chief Marketing Officer for the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association, has lived in Tahoe for over 20 years and is happy to call this place home. South_Lake_Tahoe Carol Chaplin has been the Executive Director for the Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority since 2008. She achieved a Bachelor”s degree in English Literature from San Francisco State University, and subsequently landed in South Lake Tahoe in 1982 to begin a career in Hospitality. Carol is currently co-chair of the Regional Marketing Committee, supporting the RenoTahoe Airport, and is a board member for the Tahoe Prosperity Center and the Sierra Ski Marketing Council. Outside her professional life, she is most proud of being the single parent of two sons, Anders and Palmer.
